Description

The New England Institute of Addiction Studies is pleased to announce the 21st Annual New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Studies will take place September 9 – 12, 2013 in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire.

This four-day event gives addiction professionals the opportunity to combine in-depth study of an area of special interest with the opportunity to learn in a wilderness setting. The program includes many intensive courses in: advanced clinical and administrative skilled-based treatment in best practices and evidence-based practices treatment approaches, management coursework, prevention coursework, DOT SAP certification, and clinical supervision.

The highly popular program site, the Waterville Valley Resort & Conference Center, is nestled in a secluded area of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The Valley offers indoor and outdoor swimming, tennis and racquetball courts, a nine-hole golf course, and hiking trails. Free time has been set aside so students can enjoy these facilities on designated evenings and afternoons.

Each year, the New England Institute welcomes new participants and previous participants. We invite you to join us in our 21st year of intensive and stimulating studies, networking, and relaxing in one of the most beautiful parts of New England!
