Program Narrative
Nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina, Tapestry is a unique residential eating disorder treatment center based around the belief that continued recovery is a process best cultivated outside of institutional settings. Our programs were developed to provide an affordable alternative to the high cost of extended treatment for Eating Disorders.
