Program Narrative
Newport Academy provides individualized, gender specific residential treatment for adolescents and young adults experiencing issues with mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders and trauma. Newport Academy has residences for 13-17 year olds in California and 15-20 year olds in Connecticut. The Newport Academy Day School and IOP in California, Connecticut, and New York, provide step down options for adolescents and young adults transitioning from most treatment environments.
