Registration

How can I register for the National Prevention Network Conference?

When registration is available, a link will go to the online form from the NPN Conference site here: www.npnconference.org/registration

General conference attendance is not required for the pre-conference trainings for 1) ethics or 2) prevention specialist certification exam preparation. You may register by using the same registration link, which will take you to an online registration platform.

How will I know if I’m registered?

All attendees will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation verifies your registration for the conference and/or additional fee sessions for which you have registered. Please contact CASAT for additional questions at [email protected]

The registration will also send an invoice for any amount due. Payments are due before the start of the conference.

To avoid system messages from going to a SPAM folder, please approve messages from “[email protected]” or from “[email protected]”. The system has many electronic documents and messages that you will miss if messages are going to your SPAM folder.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

If you are unable to attend the conference, please send a written cancellation notice to CASAT no later than Monday, August 8, 2016 by 5:00pm PDT for a full refund*. If your cancellation notice is received after the deadline a refund will not be possible. Please send a request in writing to [email protected] with “Cancellation” in the Subject line. An unpaid no show still owes the conference hosts; that is, if you do not cancel by this date and do not attend the conference, you still owe the conference hosts as costs have already incurred for the head count.

*It is the registrant’s responsibility to follow up with CASAT within two (2) months after the conference in the event a refund is not received. If a registrant does not follow up on a refund and it is not received, no refund will be possible following this deadline.
