Date 10/31/2012 ABOUT THIS WEBINAR: During this webinar, participants will gain knowledge regarding how to present data accurately to highlight results of change projects conducted through rapid cycle change process - plan, do, study, act (PDSA's). Information will be provided on how to create a storyboard, a success story and a 5x5 elevator speech. Additionally, participants will be able to identify the benefits of using data. ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Angie Maldonado is a Project Director at Center for Drug Free Living in Orlando. She is responsible for program components and services for the clients of Project 321 ACRA/ACC. Additionally, Angie is a NIATx Coach who provides technical assistance to providers implementing process improvement initiatives. She has trained substance abuse treatment providers on the process improvement model across the United States and Puerto Rico.
