ABOUT THIS WEBINAR: Benchmarking is a powerful management tool that is a strong contributor to organizational effectiveness. In this webinar, Dr. Paul Lefkovitz will discuss how metrics and benchmarking can assist alcohol and drug abuse providers and mental health providers to achieve a level of efficiency and effectiveness never before thought possible. Lefkovitz, Ph.D., is President of Behavioral Pathway Systems, an organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana that specializes in benchmarking in behavioral health, alcohol and drug, and human services. A licensed clinical psychologist, he has held progressive leadership positions since 1974 within the hospital and community-based sectors of the industry, including a number of years at the CEO level. He has been an active contributor to the professional literature and is a frequent presenter at regional and national conferences.
