The corporation is organized to raise and distribute monies for the treatment and prevention of substance use, abuse and addiction and for any other charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time (the "Code") or corresponding provisions of any subsequent, tax laws. The corporation may, as permitted by law, engage in any and all activities in furtherance of, related to, or incidental to those purposes which may lawfully be carried on by a corporation formed under Chapter 617, Florida Statutes, and which are not inconsistent with the corporation's qualification under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.

Chooper's Foundation is a registered Corporation in the State of Florida and is recognized by the IRS as exempt under section  501 (c) (3) under the Internal Revenue Code.



Chooper’s Guide, LLC is registered with the State of Florida and will be donating a percentage of net profit on all listing revenues.
